Expanded Location Needed to Support Heavy Business GrowthWWT Asynchrony Labs today announced it is relocating its Springfield, Missouri office to a newer, larger office building. The company will relocate to the Brick City #6 building at 440 N. Campbell in Springfield in the October/November time frame.
With the company’s ongoing hyper growth, it continues to hire new staff in all of its offices, including Springfield. At this location, Asynchrony Labs will be looking to fill specialized positions including a Quality Advocate, UX Engineer, and Agile Coach, as well as additional Software Engineers including .NET and iOS Developers. The company generally looks to hire accomplished developers who desire to work in multiple programming languages and are comfortable in a highly agile, collaborative environment. Further, the high-end software development organization typically hires mid to senior level developers who can “hit the ground running,” but will also consider lesser experienced developers when a good fit for learning and growing with the company seems likely.
Asynchrony Labs currently has 14 staff members working at its Springfield office, with four more expected to start in November. The company is projecting to grow to 25 employees by the end of 2017, with expectations of needing engineers and developers for its growing .NET, Angular, and Swift iOS business.
“Asynchrony Labs has a growing backlog of clients, and we see the Springfield region as a new talent market for our business, as we expect growth to continue to climb after 2017,” said Ben Pomerenke, Springfield Office Lead and Software Engineer. “With this new Springfield office, we will have more than enough space to support new business initiatives as well as future employees.”
